Undercroft Restoration is the name of this website and its referral line, serving Bergen County, New Jersey. When you call, your call is connected to an independent, third-party company that serves your area. Undercroft Restoration doesn't perform restoration, cleanup or waterproofing work.
In this policy, "Undercroft Restoration" and "the operator" mean the owner and operator of this website. "Connected company" means the independent company your call is routed to.
Information Collected
When You Call
This site has no contact forms. The only way to request help is by phone. When you call the number on this site:
- Call details are collected by the site's call-tracking provider: your phone number (caller ID), the date, time and length of the call, the page or number you called from, and a general location based on your area code or the town you give.
- Calls may be recorded. Calls can be recorded or monitored by the call-tracking network and by the connected company, for quality, training, billing and dispute purposes. Undercroft Restoration doesn't record calls itself. If you don't want your call recorded, say so at the start of the call.
- What you share on the call: your town, the kind of problem, and any other details you choose to give.
When You Visit the Website
This site uses Google Analytics to understand how people find and use it: which pages are visited, how long people stay, what device and browser they use, and roughly where they're located (city or region level). - Meet legal obligations.
Undercroft Restoration doesn't send marketing emails, texts or calls. A connected company may call you back about your request.
How Information Is Shared
- With the connected company. When your call is connected, the company receives your call and your caller ID, and anything you tell them. Their own privacy practices apply from that point, so ask them about their policy.
- With the call-tracking network and its service providers, which route, record and report on calls.

How the site is paid: Undercroft Restoration is paid by its call-tracking network when a call is connected to a participating company. Apart from connecting your call, Undercroft Restoration doesn't sell or rent personal information collected through this website.
