1. What Undercroft Restoration Is

Undercroft Restoration is a referral service for homes and properties in Bergen County, New Jersey. In these terms, "Undercroft Restoration" and "the operator" mean the operator of this website. When you call, your call is connected to an independent, third-party company that serves your area.

Undercroft Restoration:

• Doesn't perform cleanup, drying, repair, mold work, waterproofing or any other work.
• Doesn't employ, supervise or control the companies calls are connected to.
• Doesn't set, quote or promise prices, schedules or arrival times.
• Doesn't hold contractor registrations, licenses or certifications for that work.

Any agreement for work is strictly between you and the company you hire. That company is solely responsible for its work, pricing, licensing, insurance, scheduling, warranties and conduct.

2. No Obligation and No Fee to You

There's no charge to call. You're under no obligation to hire any company you're connected with. Undercroft Restoration is compensated by its call-tracking network when calls are connected, not by you.

3. Your Responsibility When Choosing a Company

Before you allow any work, it's strongly recommended that you:

• Ask for the company's New Jersey home improvement contractor registration number and check it with the NJ Division of Consumer Affairs.
• Ask for proof of insurance.
• Get a written scope and contract before work starts, and written approval for any changes.
• Read any warranty before you sign.

New Jersey law gives you the right to cancel many home improvement contracts before midnight of the third business day after you receive a copy. Ask the company about your cancellation rights.

Undercroft Restoration makes no promise about the availability, quality, timeliness, pricing or results of any company, and makes no promise that a company will be available for every call, town or type of job.
